I agree, understand and acknowledge the following:

  1. I am the owner of this property or I have the authority to act on behalf of the owner(s).
  2. I will not provide incorrect information.
  3. I am solely responsible for updating and maintaining all posts.
  4. I understand that each listing is posted for 60 days.  Listings may be renewed as often as desired.  
  5. I understand that my featured listing will be posted for a minimum of 10 days and that by submitting listing details, I am providing my permission for Listing Payout to advertise my listing.
